No information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Court reporters can expect a message anytime there is a job assignment.
Deposition Assignment Text/SMS Messages:
1. Court reporters can expect a text/SMS message anytime there is a job assignment. These assignment notifications may include any of the following: Date/Time of deposition, address/location of deposition, contact information, and links to more information,
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or 602-266-6535.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a message any time you have a job assignment – typically less than three times per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

You can text the following commands to manage your text/SMS subscriptions to us:
Opt-Out
Keywords: optout, cancel, end, quit, unsubscribe, revoke, stop, stopall
Message: You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.
Opt-In
Keywords: start, yes, unstop
Message: You have successfully been re-subscribed to messages from this number. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.
